IQAir Annual Maintenance Program (Available only in Delhi-NCR)

AMP Proposal for old units

An AMP will not be initiated if the unit is found to be faulty on the first check and the faults will be rectified on an extra charge basis on approval from the client.
On the first visit, the unit shall be checked by our engineer. The customer will be informed about the physical damages or any other fault if found. Replacement of any faulty part will be made only on additional charges prior to the start of AMP.
The customer shall be informed about the start date of AMP once the unit is in working condition.
AMP will be initiated within 48 hrs after receiving the payment against the invoice.

AMP Scope

Two (02) visits will be done on an annual basis. Each visit shall include the below-mentioned points as the scope of work –
Deep cleaning of all ductable and/or portable air purifier units.
AQI check (PM2.5 and AQI at the discharge of the unit)
A report of the AMP will be shared with the client along with filter life and recommendations (if any)
Consumables (Filters) are not included in the AMP.
Washing of the Pre-filters/PF- 40 Pads is not included in the above package.
