Our customer support team is the foundation of our success. Our service team is a well-trained group of specialists that are well-versed in all aspects of product service. This is the team that helps clients on the front line service, scheduling deliveries and properly installing each of our products.
A great service experience is supported by efficient service work order tracking. One of the initial steps in the process is to create a service work order and then track it. To achieve so, we use the most up-to-date software, which includes a strong service tracking mechanism that produces service tickets and tracks each request/response associated with the service.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Our first response time is up to 1 hour, and our last response time is between 24 and 48 hours. A work tracking system allocates tasks to departments or individuals, updates the status of the work as it progresses through various service processes and creates reports to ensure proper TAT is met.
